Eamon Fullalove, one of Jamie Oliver’s top Chef’s is looking for an apprentice.

I was part of Jamie’s team who set up the Fifteen project in London; I trained over 45
 of the young chefs who now work in top restaurants. I got deep satisfaction from training the guys at Fifteen and the difference it made to someone’s life. It lights me up to change someone’s direction.

I  started chefing at 15years old, and won a place at college then  went on to receive classical French training, after college I went on to travel the world learning exciting new styles I had never heard of.

Now I want to offer the same opportunity to a young person from Bristol.

The apprentice needs to be passionate, and really want this opportunity, be able to turn up on time, be willing to learn and not let personal circumstances stop you from achieving you dream.

They will receive training from myself as well as a nationally recognised qualification, I will supply them with all they need including a set of Chefs knives. All I ask in return is that they want to change their life direction and be passionate about what they do.
